At SerialFox.com (operated by Light Stares LLC), we strive to provide the best digital software experience. Because we sell digital products (license keys), our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read the following carefully.

1. Digital Products Guarantee We guarantee that the license key you purchase will be valid and functional. If a key fails to activate, we will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement key immediately.

2. Eligible Refunds You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The license key provided is invalid, used, or defective, AND we are unable to provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
  • You purchased a product that is out of stock and we cannot fulfill it instantly.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances Due to the nature of digital licensing, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases once the key has been revealed or emailed to you:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: You simply changed your mind after the key has been revealed/delivered.
  • Incompatibility: You purchased software that is not compatible with your device (e.g., buying a Windows key for a Mac). Please check system requirements before purchasing.
  • Wrong Purchase: You bought the wrong version (e.g., Windows 10 Home instead of Pro) and have already viewed/received the key.

4. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund or report a defective key:

  1. Email us at Support@SerialFox.com with your Order ID.
  2. Include a screenshot of the error message you are receiving during activation.
  3. Our support team will review your case within 12-24 hours.

5. Refund Processing Time If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our system. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes Please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are always willing to resolve issues amicably. Please note that filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming “Item Not Received” after a key was delivered and viewed) is a violation of our Terms. SerialFox reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts and revoke license keys associated with fraudulent disputes.
