By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Business Information Light Stares LLC is a registered company in the State of Wyoming, USA.

3. Digital Products & Licensing We act as a retailer of digital license keys. By purchasing a key from SerialFox, you acknowledge that:

• You are buying a valid license code to activate software from the respective developer.
• We are not the developer of the software. We are not responsible for software bugs, compatibility issues, or features removed by the developer.
• The license is for your personal or business use only. Unless explicitly stated as a “Reseller Pack,” you may not resell these keys on other marketplaces.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.
• Verification: To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to request additional verification (such as ID or phone confirmation) for high-value orders before releasing the digital key.

5. Delivery Policy

• Method: Products are delivered digitally via email and/or through your account dashboard on our website.
• Timing: Delivery is typically instant (within 15 minutes). However, in some cases (e.g., manual fraud checks or stock replenishment), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to typos in the email provided or spam filters.

6. Refunds & Returns Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are only issued if a key is proven to be invalid or defective and cannot be replaced.

• No Refunds for “Change of Mind”: Once a key has been viewed or emailed, it is considered “consumed” and cannot be returned.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Use a stolen credit card or fraudulent payment method.
• Attempt to exploit our website to obtain keys without payment.
• Use the purchased software for illegal purposes.
• Harass our support staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and will terminate the accounts of users who are threatening or abusive.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Stares LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software purchased. Our total liability is limited to the exact amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be settled exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
